Users of the Discussion Forum acknowledge and agree that the LGPA is not liable for any conduct of any User of the Discussion Forum.

Accordingly, Users acknowledge and agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and are prohibited  from  posting  any  content or material  containing  any obscene  or offensive  language including, but not limited to, any material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law. In accordance with ensuring compliance with this provision, please not that no anonymous postings are permitted in the Discussion Forum and all postings in the Discussion Forum area will list the User’s name and institution.

The LGPA reserves the right to remove messages we assess to be inappropriate or off topic and conduct editing we identify as reasonable. The LGPA also reserves the right to deny you future access to the Discussion Forum without prior warning.
