A Celebration of Denis McLeod’s Retirement

23 October 2025 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

$35.00

The Local Government Planners Association and Mcleods Lawyers invite you to join us in celebrating the remarkable career and retirement of Denis McLeod, founding partner of McLeods Lawyers and one of the original founding members of the LGPA.

Denis retires after more than five decades of remarkable service to the legal profession, the planning sector, and the community of Western Australia.

His legal expertise, tireless advocacy, and commitment to good planning practice have helped shape the landscape of planning across the state.

The evening will be an opportunity for the profession to come together, network, and reflect on Denis’s achievements, career highlights, memorable moments, and enduring legacy.

🧣 This is a Red-Tie Event - In honour of Denis’s signature style, we invite guests to wear a red tie (or a splash of red) to mark the occasion. Denis has rarely been seen without his black suit and red tie, and we could not imagine celebrating him any other way.

Whether you have worked alongside Denis, benefited from his guidance, or simply want to show your appreciation for his contribution to planning in Western Australia, we hope you will join us for this special evening.
